Meridian Vinyasa Yoga

Think of Meridians as pathways that connect the body. In class, we use movement and breath to help those pathways feel open, leaving you feeling lighter, looser, and energized. We use yoga poses that stretch and stimulate muscles, facia, and connective tissues help release areas where energy may feel stuck or blocked.
While accessible to a wide range of students, classes incorporate progressive sequences and opportunities to build strength, balance, and stability. Each flow allows you to gain flexibility, build strength, increase mobility, ease tension, and leave feeling great.
Meridian Yoga classes are available Thursdays at 6 pm, $15, walk-in. Restorative Wellness Vero Beach.

About
I first stepped into yoga teacher training hoping to build strong, beautiful back muscles. What I discovered was a caring community, a deeper connection to spirit, and the healing of my own lost soul.
Yoga taught me that curiosity is an act of bravery. I’m honored to guide others in listening to their bodies, nurturing their spirits, and yes, building those beautiful back muscles along the way.
I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
I have earned Science of Self Meridian Yoga Techniques Level 1 and Level 2 certifications and am Yin Yoga certified. These courses are certified through Yoga Alliance.
